First take of Boston
A first class hotel which emphasizes hospitality from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Prime location in the Back Bay Area of the city. Came for a game at Fenway which is in walking distance from the hotel. The doormen have a wealth of knowledge and will guide you on your journey.

Super stay in BackBay
We had a really great experience at The Colonnade! Right from the jump the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The folks at the front desk and particularly the bell guys really were awesome. The room was very comfortable, the snacks and coffee were tasty and convenient, and the roof top pool was really nice. The location was great for walking to Fenway and other local attractions, such a sweet place! Definitely will be staying here again on our next trip to Boston!

Home away from home!
This was truly a home way from home Pros - Amazing location, right opposite Prudential centre and right outside a train station. This is also 5 mins away from Newbury street and one of the best locations to stay in Boston as a visitor - Large room size - we had multiple large bags and the room was large enough to keep us happy over the 8 nights we stayed there - Very good housekeeping - immaculate and wonderful housekeeping team. They deserve a shout out! - Friendly hospitality all around - at the reception, the door man everyone, every time - They have a table at reception where one could open a laptop and work. This is next to a small free to use cafe where one could brew a coffee or grab a fruit, water or some pretzels. This is a small giveaway but truly appreciated. One extra star for this. Cons - Limited vegetarian food in the restaurant - Pricey - If it gets very expensive, I would not stay here due to value for money spent - Sneaky - why charge a resort fee / hotel fee to add onto the over-all rate - why do American hospitality do this when no other places do this in any country If you're in Boston and the price is right, please come to the Colonnade.

AMAZING service!
Hischam and Norman are by far the most welcoming duo at any hotel I’ve visited. They always make me feel like I’ve known them forever!! When we checked in the other day Hischam recognized us immediately and was so incredibly friendly, it was just so endearing!!! We’ll be back! Highly recommend the Colonnade! Btw *LOVE * the pool deck, I wish you could keep it open all fall!!!!!! It’s such a great outdoor space!!!
