We recently stayed at The Colonnade Hotel in Boston and had an excellent experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and ideally located for our family's visit to Boston. What impressed us most was the level of customer service. During a previous stay, we experienced a minor issue, but the management team handled it professionally and promptly, ensuring that our concerns were fully addressed. Their commitment to guest satisfaction is one of the reasons we chose to return. On this visit, Lillian at the front desk provided exceptional service. Part of our family had booked a separate room, and while our room was ready early, the other room was not. Rather than having our family members keep checking back at the front desk, Lillian personally brought the room key up to us on the 8th floor when it became available. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our day easier and demonstrated the kind of hospitality that sets this hotel apart. We travel from New Jersey to Boston regularly, especially when visiting our child at Boston University, and our positive experiences at The Colonnade have given us confidence to return. In fact, we have already booked two additional rooms for our next visit in August. We highly recommend The Colonnade Hotel and look forward to staying there again soon.

Excellent service from the minute our Uber driver pulled up Norman was waiting for us outside open the door to car and unload our luggage His mannerisms were spectacular front desk was ready for us too they had our room available and we were able to go to our room freshen up and be on our way for our busy Graduation ceremonies weekend the colonnade is definitely the place to stay with easy access to train and the most helpful people around the area

I stayed here for a little more than 24 hours. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. Aidan made the check in process was easy. There’s a rubbery ducky in the bathroom which made my day yesterday. Best part though was the lovely interaction I had leaving with the bellman, Norman. He’s a gentleman.
