The Eliot Hotel

My wife and I booked the Eliot hotel as our first stop on our 3 week trip. We booked based on other reviews and I have to say the Eliot did not disappoint. We arrived from the UK late afternoon and were greeted with helpful staff. Our room was comfortable and the air con kept us cool during the heatwave they seemed to be having while we were there. We were given water daily which was appreciated and the location of the hotel was perfect to access all excursions we had booked. If we come back to Boston I would definitely look to book here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This hotel is absolutely incredible—you should definitely book a stay here! The location is perfect, with endless shops and restaurants along Newbury Street and the surrounding area. A few months ago, my husband and son stayed here while visiting Boston University, and now, just two months later, we’re back to move my son into his dorm at BU. Since my husband raved about it, I knew we had to try it for ourselves. He was right—this place is perfect! The staff are so kind and helpful, making us feel more like we’re staying with friends than at a hotel. I especially love the spacious suites, which give us plenty of room to relax and feel at home. We will be staying here every time we come to visit my son.

This is our favorite big city hotel. The finest sushi restaurant on the east coast and being able to bring along Fido in a pinch are a bonus.

A lovely intimate hotel with a very caring staff. The decor is beautiful and reflects the perfect balance of historic and contemporary elegance. A few 'glitiches' were handled efficiently.

We love this hotel! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. You feel taken care of from the moment you walk into the jewel box of a lobby. The front desk staff are welcoming and professional. The location can’t be beat. Yesterday we walked to the Boston Museum of Fine Arts in 15 minutes. Beautiful walk right through the Fenway. Absolute perfection!
