Built in 1925, it features a beautiful neo-Georgian façade that complements the neighborhood's rich architectural history. Accented with marble and brass, your One-Bedroom Suite is an opulent affair. Dining is among the finest in the city at Clio, which under the direction of Chef Ken Oringer has become one of the top restaurants in North America and has been consistently lauded as among the best in Boston.

The Eliot's reputation as a first rate (boutique) hotel is richly deserved. The service is impeccable; the rooms are beautifully appointed and maintained; and the entire operation sparkles with class and grace. It is a very quiet and peaceful setting. Uni restaurant, which is in the hotel, is one of the best in the city; and if you want a big breakfast, you can dine in the Harvard Club with is next door and has an arrangement with the Eliot. We had a wonderful stay at the Eliot.

Great stay, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were well appointed, with turn down service offered every evening. Would stay again!

This is a classic old school gem! The Elliot is beautifully maintained and immaculate, incredibly elegant and simultaneously very comfortable. The staff was perfection at every interaction. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. It was spacious and well appointed. Perfect for parent’s weekend, our son’s friends were able to come and visit before we went out to dinner. We had space to take naps, while others did work. If you want modern, sleek, impersonal… stay somewhere else. If you want warm, attentive hospitality set in comfortable timeless luxury, stay at the Elliot. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at The Hotel Eliot. It as recommended by a client, and we will be sure to let them know how pleased we were.

This is a sweet place. An old school charmer. Quaint comes to mind. As does nostalgic, tradition and expensive. The room (they gave us) was directly across from the elevator which always feels like you're being punished for something. The interiors have an almost Mad Men pre 1968 vibe. It's not luxurious in the contemporary 330 thread count cushy comforter.
