Fantastic location! Beautiful hotel! Very clean, pretty large-size room. Staff was very friendly! (I.e. When my two little nieces were being rowdy and then racing up the stairs, the staff just smiled and laughed, which I appreciated). Also, lastly, great coffee in the hotel room.

Lovely property, location and highly recommend Gold Floor not only due to higher floors but mainly for lounge and lovely service by Concierge (they do everything for you, literally). The beds were comfortable, Gold Floor lounge was well decorated with great breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, great location. We enjoyed our stay. My only negative was they don’t have mini refrigerators. I enjoy having a snack and beverages in my room, especially when staying 5 days. Otherwise we loved it and would highly recommend.

We are Fairmont members and recently booked a stay at the Copley Plaza on the gold floor. Sophia on the gold level was outstanding, she couldn't do enough for us in terms of providing amazing recommendations to taking care of our room needs. All the staff at the hotel are very friendly and professional but Sophia went above and beyond to make the stay most enjoyable. We also want to thank Kevin on the gold level who too was a pleasure to deal with and took the time to ensure we were well looked after. Without question we will stay here again. The central location and astounding customer service inside the hotel made the experience truly memorable and wonderful.

My stay at the Fairmont Copley Plaza was phenomenal. When you walk thru the doors, the staff is friendly and the surroundings are beautiful. We were checked in by a lovely woman named Danielle. She made sure our stay at the Fairmont exceeded our expectations. Our room was over the top and we loved the vibe at the bar. We can wait to stay at the Fairmont again.
