Won't be fooled again
Beautiful lobby; nice room; very comfy bed. Lots of slamming doors and children literally running down the hallway. Daily "resort fee" of $35 converted to one-time "bonus" of $45 to be used for food and beverages EXCEPT breakfast. The dining rrom food and loud music was reminiscent of TGIFriday. The worst stay at a Fairmont that we have experienced.

Exceptional hotel
Another great day at the Fairmont Copley. Everyone from the front desk to the doorman to the bellhops have been exceptional. In particular, I would like to thank the front desk, staff, Abraham, Candra, as well as Ben and the other doorman. Ican’t say enough about this hotel. By far my favorite in Boston. Thank you copley Fairmont.
