We only stayed one night but ate at the restaurant and everyone was wonderful. Central to all but with quite rooms, attentive staff.

Hi there! I want to take a moment to recognize Emmanuel for his outstanding hospitality. My husband and I arrived at the hotel after two international flights and were not only exhausted but also feeling a little disheveled and out of sorts. Emmanuel immediately put us at ease with his warmth, kindness, and welcoming spirit, as he engaged us in conversation about our hometown, provided recommendations for the Boston area, and encouraged us to return to meet precious Cori the next morning upon learning that we were missing our own pup after a long time away from home. He offered us water upon checking in, made sure the process was seamless, and made us feel right at home. Thanks for a very nice experience!

We chose a Gold Floor room with its own concierge, breakfast and hors d’ouerves in the afternoon. The quality and quantity of food and drink was exceptional. The staff was helpful and friendly. The Fairmont is centrally located to many walking sites. Would definitely stay again.

During my first stay at this hotel, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Emmanuel. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable. What stood out most was the personalized attention he gave, making me feel like a valued guest even though it was my very first visit. This hotel was awesome. The staff was so friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the historic feel. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Boston. Specially Thank You to Peter for making my wife's birthday one that she will remember for many years to come.
