Excellent experience in the heart of Back Bay Boston
You can’t beat this location in the heart of Back Bay! The atmosphere is very welcoming and nice. The room was clean and quiet…just what I needed after attending my niece’s wedding. I needed an early check in which was accommodated with no problem. The staff was great.

Lakeisha was the most wonderful front desk lady, she got our room upgraded and she was the nicest person to talk to on our stay! Definitely stay at AKA Back Bay. Amazing staff and the bellman, Chris was so sweet.

Lovely evening in a cozy atmosphere
On a beautiful September evening after a full day of sightseeing with an out-of-state guest, we stumbled upon the charming terrace of The Berkeley. We were greeted by the manager, Julia, who welcomed us warmly and showed us to our seats. She immediately made us feel right at home even on our first visit as she patiently took the time to answer all of our questions. Our server, Anna, was equally engaging as she gave suggestions and took our orders. We were in the mood for lighter fare that night, and the delicious clam chowder hit the spot! If you're looking for a relaxing environment with great food, personable staff, and reasonable prices, The Berkeley is a perfect option!

Great experience!
We had a wonderful say at AKA Back Bay. The location is perfect! Two min walk from Amtrak station and very close to great restaurants, cafes and shopping. Staff is super welcoming and professional, rooms are nice size and very comfortable. We had dinner and drinks on a terrace and were very pleased. Thank you and we will be back
