Amazing staff in an amazing location with amazing service and interiors
We had an amazing stay at Hotel Aka in Back bay. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The service was amazing, their website with services was really nice. All of us ordered weighted blankets, they came to our room within 5 minutes and we slept like babies. We had everything we needed close by, including good restaurants, multiple gyms, swimming pool at ymca Chinatown and Trader Joe’s a block or so away. The rooms were always clean and tidy when we came home in the evening. Our first night we watched the Super Bowl in the restaurant down stairs. Amazing food and vibes everyone were lively but not too loud. I don’t know the price because my dad paid but he said it was really cheap compared to our last hotel and I thought Aka was much better. I would like to thank Chris especially for making our stay fun. He was really funny and kind to me and my brother when we met him. He even taught us a cool handshake. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here on any occasion. We had an amazing time.

Great service and atmosphere
We stayed at aka Black Bay for five nights. The hotel was really helpful with anything, pleasant staff and a range of options to enhance the stay available. Central location and nice area of the city.

Awesome Hotel
We had a wonderful stay at AKA Back Bay in Boston. The staff are top notch . Warm and welcoming especially Chris who recommended an outstanding coffee shop. The bellman Troy was quick to open the door and carry my suit case down the stairs. This hotel is prime location minutes from many great restaurants and tourist attractions.

Great experience.
Location was great. Hotel was clean and comfortable, room service was prompt. Heather at the front desk was exceptionally kind and welcoming. They were able to provide an early check-in and late check-out and even provided a little birthday treat in the room when mentioning we were there to celebrate a birthday.

The Best Experience!
The hotel was amazing for my husband and I. It's centrally located, so we could walk to Fenway, the North End, and Chinatown with ease. Just a few blocks from Newbury St. with tons of food and shops. The doorman, Chris, was the best. Super friendly and spent extra time showing us around and answering all of our questions. Along with the front desk, I never was met with anything but a smile. The restaurant is also amazing! Lots of yummy gluten-free options. You will not regret staying here!
