I recently had a single night stay to attend a concert at the nearby Orpheum Theatre which is just a few steps away. Upon the moment I arrived my puppy and I were treated like royalty! The valet was so helpful to assist with my belongings, and patient as I was sorting out handling my puppy with all its needs. It made it simple to not worry about where to park and simple to unload. I had never traveled with a pet before, so I was unsure of what to expect, but this hotel is not just pet friendly… they treated my puppy like she was an elite guest. She was greeted with loving kindness, given a puppy treat, and delivered a bed and food bowls for her stay. The staff all gave her personal attention that just made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Then the room was spacious and clean and comfortable. The location is just a block from the Boston commons garden which was so nice to easily stroll with having a pet. It is also right at the start of the freedom trail to begin the historical trail. Quincy Market is just a short walk away. This is my new favorite place to stay in Boston as my home away from home. Wonderful experience! Thank you to everyone for your kind hospitality!

Great location! Easy walking distance to Boston commons, Boston public gardens, Newbury Street, Faneuil Hall and more. Just steps from both the red line and the green line. Room was very spacious, unlike so many hotels in the city. You’ll still have street noise and there was construction next door, but any hotel in the city has street noise. Staff, bartenders were all great! We would definitely rebook this hotel!

We stopped in the cozy hotel bar for a nightcap before heading back to our room, and it was delightful. The bartender, Rebecca, was friendly and attentive.she made my wife a pumpkin spice espresso martini, which was both beautiful and tasty. It was our anniversary and we had a great time.

The hotel is in a great location with lots of food options near by. The rooms are clean and well sized. The hotel is very well decorated and you feel good being here. James/Nay and Nabil all helped greatly. Only negative (and it didn’t bother me much) was since you’re downtown, you get some street noise.

Internet wasn't working and there was a problem with one of the elevators. James and Nate helped out while being so kind and courteous. They defined true hospitality.
