Amazing Stay with a Touch of Boston Nostalgia
Our stay at Hotel Commonwealth was incredible! I surprised my wife for her birthday, with a night here before dinner at Row 34, which is conveniently attached to the hotel. At check-in, I chatted with Johnathan Pinto, the Assistant Front Office Manager, about my Northeastern days and how much Kenmore Square has changed. He smiled and said he had something special for us — and he did! Our room was filled with memorabilia from The Rathskeller (“The Rat”), one of Boston’s legendary music clubs. Seeing the posters and photos brought back amazing memories of bands like The Police and Talking Heads. The hotel itself is fantastic — stylish, comfortable, and full of Boston character. Whether you’re visiting or a local looking for a nostalgic getaway, this place is perfect. Highly recommend!
