Epic! Jeff and the rest of the staff were completely amazing! I travel for work all the time and honestly this was one of my favorite experiences, the suite was gorgeous I mean 5 stars is an understatement, I will always stay here when I’m in Boston!!! Best customer service I’ve ever had from the restaurants to Jeff to everything

A fantastic stay at the Hotel Commonwealth
Our experience was awesome from the minute we pulled up to valet parking on Saturday until our departure on Sunday morning at valet parking. The room was clean and spacious with a king and sofa sleeper. Each side had a tv and a curtain so my daughters had their privacy. We ordered room service and the price was reasonable with out of this world food. We had clam chowder, shrimp scampi, chicken tender with fries, chicken Caesar salad, and kids cheese burger sliders. Plenty of food and the atmosphere in our room as a family made many memories. I had my left over tenders( they were in the fridge) in the morning and they were just as tender as the night before. Everyone was pleasant, professional, and made us laugh.
