Overnight stay to see concert at MGM music hall
When we walked in, we noticed the big and clean entryway. We were welcomed by the staff. The building itself looked very well kept. The reception staff were very courteous and attentive. Nice big elevators and hallways. We had a room facing the Fenway Park. It was big and clean. The bathroom had all the necessities.

This was our first visit to Hotel Commonwealth and we were very pleased. All the staff was very welcoming and kind and professional. We have to give a special shout out to Nick who we met when we first checked in. He was awesome! Very friendly, kind and professional. Really enjoyed talking with him. We saw him a few other times and he always had a smile said hello and asked how we were doing. Housekeeping staff was also excellent. They did a great job every day at making our bed and freshening up our towels. They were also kind when we saw them in the hallway and said hello. One more shout out to Jonathan who we talked to when we were checking out. Nice guy and pleasant. Thank you to Hotel Commonwealth and all the staff at making our visit to Boston while we were visiting our son at Boston University a great experience. We will definitely be back. It was also our 25th wedding anniversary two days before we arrived, which made the visit even nicer.
