The Langham, Boston

The Hotel is wonderful in general. We stayed in 2 different Langhams across New York and Boston and in both cases I experience very firm - too firm for me - matrasses which didn‘t give me a relaxing night and little alternatives could be provided unfortunately.

We stayed at The Langham Boston for three nights to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, the room was beautiful and tastefully furnished, the staff extremely kind and professional, and the location perfect for exploring the city. A special thank you to the team for the lovely surprise we found in our room upon arrival. It truly made our stay even more memorable. Well done.

An absolutely immaculate stay at the Langham Hotel, coming from someone in the industry. My wife and I stayed after getting married hours earlier. Upon our arrival, Jean gave us a warm welcome and went well out of his way to ensure we were well cared for as we checked into our bridal suite. Everything in the room was meticulously well thought out. Having a background in luxury hospitality, I was extremely impressed with all of the intuitive details, from the tea kettle next to the bed to the placement of the phones and room service menus, the nook in the dressing area, the quality of the sheets, not to mention the availability of scented pillows… all of these seamless little details that no one would think twice about were clearly thought about meticulously. We had a chance to visit the Langham club during our stay, and Kendra, an absolute professional who I would hire in a second, took excellent care of us and even poured us champagne upon learning we’d just been married. In all honesty, I wish we’d stayed longer just to enjoy this masterful level of service. I can’t think of anything that would need improvement except a full-length mirror in the dressing area. I’m blown away by the Langham team, and having met a few of them personally beforehand, (Shout out to Elizabeth, Carmen, and Jenna) it was beyond clear to me that their passion, which I sensed the second I met them, translated into a truly exquisite experience, and a profoundly memorable night and morning with the love of my life.

Nice Hotel in walkable location to almost everything. I am not blown away by the service and luxury in this hotel. I rate it good but not more than that for a 5-star hotel. Restaurant is expensive for average food.

Very clean hotel in the financial district of Boston. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful and professional. Check in and check out was a breeze. Valet parking and the in and out privilege was fast and dealt with care. The texting application to retrieve your vehicle was fast and without a single issue. The location of the hotel was within walking distance to everything you would want. Quiet and safe!!! I would recommend the hotel to anyone and we would stay at The Langham again without hesitation.
