An absolutely fabulous hotel!
The most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at. Stunningly beautiful inside, extremely comfortable rooms and superb customer service. I have nothing but praise for an impeccable experience throughout.

Closest to perfection you will get
From the moment we arrived for my wife's birthday, Howie the doorman enthusiastically welcomed and took care of us. George at Reception and Kevin in the Restaurant were both the consummate professionals. Menu was slightly limited, but the options still had something for everyone's taste. Food was beautifully presented and possessed tremendous flavor. Overall the staff are detailed orientated and obviously very well trained. After 30 plus years traveling to luxury hotels, The Langham Boston provided some of the best service we have ever experienced. The recently renovated rooms are fantastic and very clean, with every detail has been thought of and executed to perfection. That doesn't happen by accident and it is obvious the GM Michele Grosso and his management team are committed to providing the best possible hospitality experience. Most importantly service delivery didn't feel pushed, over the top or inauthentic, the way it should be. Kudos to the team for getting it right in a world crowded with so many posers in the luxury market.

Just an amazing experience
We chose to do the club room experience which gave us access to the club lounge. Highly recommend! Food and snacks and drinks were fabulous and the staff in the lounge that we interacted with Vanessa and Rhea were so kind and lovely. HUGE shout out to Kim Harris and Jenna Davis who made my daughter's birthday celebration stay a time we will never forget.

Birthday get away.
From the Valet to check out...The Langham is always spot on. Timely service, friendly and helpful staff, excellent room with a beautiful view. Amazing personal touches from the staff were truly appreciated. Breakfast at the Grana is a must! This is set in the former grand hall of the former Federal Reserve Bank. Food and staff are over the top. A must stay if you are in Boston.
