Family stay
Went on a family trip over the weekend. The front desk staff was very welcoming, especially Mr Alex. Arrival Check in and departure was all very smooth.

Great 5 star hotel experience
I had a great stay at this hotel. It is very beautiful, with a great location that makes getting around extremely convenient. The staff was polite, friendly, and always helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and pleasant. Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay at the Langham-Boston
Could not have asked for a better, more luxurious stay at the Langham recently. Our room was large, beautiful and personalized for our visit with our granddaughter. Staff courteous, helpful and professional with every encounter. They really seemed to enjoy welcoming and taking care of us and our needs. Always makes a difference when staff love what they do. Highly recommend.
