Langham Boston. This is our fourth stay at a Langham Property and each one has been unique and its way. I enjoyed the service from the moment I arrived at the front doors of the hotel until The moment I checked out. The Langham Club Staff was extremely attentive to our wishes. Even with a toddler in such a nice establishment, we did not feel out of place. Micheal manages an awesome team in the club. Nelson and Rosalyn, amazing job. Also, the breakfast omelette station made Mother’s Day even more special for my wife, who is vegan. They went the extra mile to secure a vegan egg substitute. It always makes her happy to know that she is not overlooked when dining. Lastly, the concierge staff made our Time spent outside of the hotel as awesome as the time inside. We were able to take advantage of quite a few of their recommendations. One restaurant they suggested (Terramia) did not have any available seatings on their reservation site, but the concierge was able to make a phone call and get us seated for what turned out to be one of our favorite meals of the trip. Thank you for another great Langham experience.

Check in was easy and the desk staff was very helpful. Room was spacious and very comfortable for work and relaxing. Bed was comfortable and room was very quiet for sleeping. Bathroom was well lit with plenty of hot water for shower. Location was nice and felt safe walking at night. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed for one night in May. Wonderful time with a very friendly staff. Many gluten free options and the staff are very knowledgeable and cautious. The free “upgrade” was a bit lackluster but the room was still very luxurious, just wish it had a little more sunlight / windows.

Wonderful experience, amazing staff that went beyond their duties. Gorgeous room with all the amenities. Kudos to the Langham, I will come back!!
