The Lenox Hotel

Great experience love the Lenox! Service men are great, attentive, and polite. Beautiful charming building in the heart of Boston!

The lenox has specious and clean rooms . We stayed in one with a fireplace and the decor was tastefully done . I recommend taking the stairs at least once each landing has a different design and they are beautiful. Free water whenever you ask plus a filter machine and ice on each floor was a nice addition. It’s located in a great spot close to everything. The food at the Willow was delicious and the room service was fast and tasty it’s open 24hrs so that was so nice when you skipped dinner but need a late night snack . Staff were efficient and friendly small problem was taken care of quickly without a lot of delays. Would definitely stay there again . And I’m super picky about rooms .

Comfortable room, attentive staff, convenient access to most of Boston, a great dining experience at the new restaurant Willow & Ivy.

We stayed for two nights en route back to Europe from the Caribbean. There were a few issues on the first day not helped by an apparent lack of a duty manager on the first evening. Having said that the hotel staff did what they could to make amends which was appreciated. The hotel itself was nice and the room large and comfortable. Being an old building however the corridors and to a certain extent the room were dark. Overall however extremely well located, really good breakfast(which we ordered to the room) and - once the issues were dealt with - pleasant and helpful staff

Difficult to explain this hotel - it just has a feeling, homely, like a warm cuddle. The staff are excellent, the rooms are nice, spacious. The location is excellent for shopping and sightseeing. When I returned to Boston for the 2nd time, I felt like I was coming home, and you don't get that very often. We ate in the newly opened restaurant. The food and service was first fantastic. One of the nicest meals I have ever had. Hope to be back soon for my third visit.
