What a fantastic stay at the Liberty Hotel!
What a fantastic stay at the Liberty Hotel! Prior to my arrival, I reached out to the front desk for some good ideas on FNB and city vibes. I was greeted by Taisha who was extremely accommodating and highly knowledgeable of the property and its neighborhood. She told me where to go in the North End for pizza and what accommodations (like the aquarium) that would keep my seven-year-old son busy after a long flight from Utah. When we arrived, were greeted with friendly service from valet to front desk. This property is beautiful and I love the history behind it, the jail -like setting makes it so unique and really suits the Boston vibe! I ordered brunch from CLINK which was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back. Thank you, Taisha for making our trip so memorable!

A Magical Hotel
From valet to check-in to check-out, everything exceeded our expectations. Upon arriving at the hotel, the parking lot was extremely busy, yet we were immediately greeted by the bellman, CJ, who set a wonderful tone for our stay. He came right over, welcomed us to the hotel, and brought our luggage into the lobby where we checked in. It was remarkable to watch how smoothly he managed all the activity in the parking area while still giving each guest his full attention. CJ also shared wonderful recommendations for local places to try, gave us some history about the hotel, and told us about holiday events happening in the city that he thought the kids and I would enjoy. We also absolutely loved the hanging Christmas trees; they were stunning and made the hotel feel even more magical. This hotel is truly magnificent. The room was beautifully appointed, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. The entire staff was incredible, but I have to say, CJ truly made our stay exceptional. The attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere made this a truly memorable experience.

10/10 for a Corporate Holiday Party!
We host our holiday party at a different venue each year, and our experience at The Liberty Hotel this year has been the best by far. Everything was straightforward and consistent—no hidden fees, surprise add-ons, or last-minute changes. A huge shoutout to Carson, who was an incredible event planner to work with. She was helpful, proactive, responsive, and always ready to jump in with support for any questions or adjustments along the way. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was perfect, and the drinks were excellent. Mario even noticed me checking the setup beforehand and took a moment to chat—such a kind touch. And don’t get me started on the gorgeous holiday tree and décor! I highly, highly recommend The Liberty Hotel and their team for any corporate event. I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience from start to finish.
