GREAT WEEKEND!
Drove into the city for the night this past wknd to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday. We had an amazing time. I wanted to give a shout out to Mirko Bissetta, Head Conceirge at the Liberty Hotel. I reached out to him about a week before our trip because we were hoping for a dinner reservation at Capri (also amazing) which is a difficult rez unless booked far in advance. He told me he would see what he could and within five minutes he messaged back with a screen shot of his conversation...and we were all set. He also had our room decorated with banners and balloons as well as chilled prosecco for us adults! Finally....I had deleted/cancelled dinner reservation at Capri by accident and hesitantly messaged Mirko AGAIN (yes he had given me his cell! AND his day off) and once again within minutes he worked his magic and had a great sense of humor about it all. He's wonderful, thank you again Mirko! We will be back

100/10 experience! While this is not my first time staying at The Liberty, my experience continues to exceed my expectations. Anna with concierge not only remembered me from my last stay, but made this trip extra special for me! She truly goes above and beyond and I would HIGHLY recommend The Liberty for her presence alone. Side note the cheese and charcuterie board is enough to make you stay an additional night! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I’m in the city and love that it’s also conveniently located for quick shopping or a bite to eat by foot!
