Ideal special weekend spot
Went with my now fiancee for a weekend. The hotel lobby is strikingly beautiful, the staff is very acommodating, and being so close to Beacon Hill and the red line means that exploring Boston is pretty easy. This hotel is now a cherished memory of us and will be for sure staying back. Special shout out to Ali the concierge as he made sure to have everything set in place for us.

Amazing staff!!
We stayed at the Liberty due to surgery at Mass General, we were out of state . The staff was so incredibly helpful with dietary special needs, any additional help, etc. We had to stay for almost 3 weeks, the Liberty’s staff, kitchen staff, chiefs, housekeeping, etc made what could have been a really difficult situation, very pleasant. Thank you!!!

Superb Customer Service and excellent location
I am a frequent traveler and needed to be in Boston for a family medical emergency. The hotel is clean and comfortable and very convenient to Mass General. Most importantly, the customer service is outstanding. Casey, Ben, and Courtney at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and well taken care of. When plans changed, they were quick to help and extremely patient and flexible. I rarely experience this level of excellence in hotel travel. Highly recommend the Liberty and am grateful to these team members for their kindness and professionalism.
