What a unique and awesome hotel
The hotel is so unique and cool. From the wide open lobby to the amenities, Everything was perfect. From the moment of arrival, the valets and door persons were always cheerful, just like checking in at the front desk. Arrived late and loved the convenience of room service. Hosted meetings in the hotel and had them catered for lunch and breakfast. Well done all around.

I highly recommend the Liberty Hotel for both personal and business travel. The staff was exceptionally accommodating—from allowing me to check in early to promptly providing additional blankets and towels. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The restaurants and lounge offered excellent service, with plenty of food options to suit all preferences. The valet team also went above and beyond, handling every request related to my vehicle and even providing helpful guidance on Boston’s public transit to make navigating the city easier. I look forward to my next stay at the Liberty Hotel.

Exceptional Stay at The Liberty — Truly One of Boston’s Best
I recently stayed at The Liberty Hotel in Boston, and the entire experience was outstanding from the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out. The valet staff set the tone right away with a warm greeting, the front desk staff checked me in when I arrived at 10:30am and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Throughout my stay, every interaction felt thoughtful and professional. The hotel itself is stunning — the historic architecture blended with modern design gives it a character you don’t find in many places. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all the small touches that make a stay feel elevated rather than routine. The atmosphere in the lobby and restaurants was lively without being overwhelming, and the service everywhere was consistently excellent. Whether I was grabbing a drink, asking a quick question, or heading out for the day, the team made everything seamless. By the time I checked out, I felt like I’d stayed somewhere that truly values its guests. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend The Liberty to anyone visiting Boston.
