Exceptional stay at the Newbury Boston
I was in town for a family wedding. The reception was at the Contessa restaurant. The location of the Newbury is perfect as it was close to the church, the Leslie Emmanuel Chapel, and the Boston Garden for pictures. The food, accommodations, service, and atmosphere was beyond reproach -- exceptional!

Best birthday Hotel visit!
My husband and I spent my birthday weekend here. I have been coming to Boston for a decade and this was my first experience at the Newbury. I will never stay anywhere else. The room was lovely, the service impeccable, the street bar was great for cocktails and lunch. Perfect location.

A wonderful stay for a weekend in the city
We had a lovely stay during our weekend in Boston. The rooms are spacious, a beautiful view of the park, clean and well stocked. The service from check in to the bell hop to the hotel bar was all lovely. The staff called us by name which is always a nice touch. The hotel bar is a great spot for a pre dinner cocktail before heading out for dinner nearby. We ordered room service for breakfast on our last morning and impressed by the selections and the set up in our room. A really wonderful place to stay and worth the investment.

Outstanding!
My family and I (2 older adults, 1 young adult, and 1 teenager) stayed at The Newbury Boston from July 16–19 and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Firstly, the location is absolutely unbeatable — just across the street from Boston Common and right next to Newbury Street, which is filled with an amazing variety of stores, restaurants, cafés, and bars. The hotel itself felt classical, intimate, and sophisticated all at once. The rooms were very spacious and elegant, with a touch of modern practicality thanks to the remote-controlled curtains, which we absolutely loved and frankly got used to really quickly. At the library lounge, the hotel offered coffee, tea, and water (both still and sparkling), along with a selection of freshly made pastries and chocolates. We adored this feature and often found ourselves returning to the hotel throughout the day to reward ourselves with a sweet treat. The fitness center, open 24/7, was quite impressive and well-equipped. We also appreciated the wide range of healthy beverages and fresh fruits available in the fitness center's refrigerator. Overall, our stay was truly outstanding, and we would definitely return to The Newbury Boston in the future.
