My husband and I came to the Newbury as a birthday getaway. The entire experience was phenomenal. We were especially impressed with Ben. He took very good care of us. Always greeting us with a smile when we saw him around the hotel. We are looking forward to visiting again.

We had a very nice visit at the hotel. The lobby bar and sitting area was comfortable and classy. A great location between Back Bay and the park. Staff was friendly and courteous. One who stood out was Rabindra. Guys like him and the other staff are a big draw for the hotel
