Raffles Boston

Beautiful and extremely clean rooms. Lots of street noise/construction noise, including throughout the evening, made sleeping difficult. On site restaurant was OK - but service was very slow. I was surprised hotel did not have turn down service, and little to no service from the “butler” assigned to each room. Overall, a beautiful property but service could be improved to match the five star price.

Superb service without feeling stuffy and pretentious. Couldn’t fault any of the staff who were friendly and attentive. Rooms were gorgeous with a great view and the pillows were like sleeping on clouds! Breakfast outside on the terrace was gorgeous and again great service and views. The cocktail bar was really fabulous with the most amazing views of the city with double height windows really showing off the lights at night. It was a fantastic stay and we felt welcomed and valued

I had the privilege of staying here with my family during our first trip to Boston (1208, 8/13-8/20). The hotel is absolutely breathtaking! The decor, the fresh flowers, fitness center, spa, food, scent, but most importantly the service was pure excellence. A few people made our stay one to remember. Our butler Kieran and his team assisted with every request and exceeded expectations with the subtle surprises, attention to detail and quick responses. PJ Morrison from the Front Office team assisted by answering my questions even before I arrived. Louise & Thomas from Spa made our family getaway even more relaxing. Our Room Attendants kept the room spotless and the turndown service was a nice touch after long days of sightseeing. Lastly, Jason’s and the hostess (apologies for forgetting the name, she is from Spain) anticipatory service with a smile was a treat every morning while we had breakfast at Long Bar. Thank you to everyone for making our experience one to remember. Bravo to the Raffles team for having a truly luxurious product in the city.

2 stays a month apart, once with the whole family- and each visit was EXQUISITE. I came directly from Montreux Palace in Switzerland to Raffles Boston and can say the service was as exceptional or maybe even BETTER. The Butler service makes things effortless, the decor is gorgeous, the food is great, the LOCATION is unbeatable. Bath products are Guerlain, the spa likewise. The fitness studio is LOADED with top of the line equipment and wall to ceiling windows overlooking the city. If I must give a demerit, it would be the service at breakfast in the LongBar (which is stunning btw). I was approached by a server who said not one word and gave only the GenZ stare. Weird. But, that’s often the case in any hotel as restaurant service staff is not always to their hiring and training and it’s quite hard to find exceptional servers anywhere. Highlights staff: Valet, Cafe, Spa - I dropped my coffee one morning waiting for my car and the valet ran and replaced it. Amazing! I will ONLY stay at Raffles in Boston in the future. In fact, we are now considering the residences because the service is so great, the location so central, and the amenities are top notch. LOVED IT.

Raffles makes an overnight stay feel like vacation! Everyone friendly from valet to room service. Rooms are beautiful & spacious. Conveniently located to many of our favorite restaurants & shopping.
