We had a memorial event at Omni Interlocken for my deceased son that included a golf outing and dinner. The hotel staff was very supportive and the event was enjoyed by all. The golf experience was top-notch and the dinner was outstanding. Our party was treated like royalty with service and sensitivity beyond reproach.

Very poor service. This hotel needs updating. Nice location. Most of the help doesn't speak English. Everything needs some TLC

I dislike judging by this service but it did impact my enjoyment. Horrible internet here. Don’t expect to work from your room.

The hotel is lovely, clean, comfortable and well located. The went above and beyond for graduation weekend every way. They went above and beyond for graduation weekend.

Typically when you think of Omni, you think of an elevated experience. This Omni, not so much. The rooms are tired, the beds are old spring coil type mattresses that sink when you lay down and if your spouse so much as wiggles a toe, the entire bed shakes. The hallways and elevators are so dimly lit that it made us think that was done purposefully to cover the scratches on walls and stains in the carpet. This hotel is in much need of an updated facelift. The staff were nice enough, but no one went out of their way to make the place special. There are other newer properties within a 1/2 mile, and next time we will plan to stay elsewhere.
