A beautiful hotel in Budapest. Brilliant location, excellent facilities and wonderful staff. We loved our stay here. Beautiful room, great view, excellent spa and wonderful atmosphere. Grateful to all the very kind staff , especially Madeleine on reception , Adam in the restaurant for breakfast , the lovely lady who did evening turn down service and the valet staff. Thank you to everyone ! Highly recommend this hotel.

We were not guests here but after seeing pictures of the lovely bar my wife and I popped in on 26/4/24. We were greeted by very friendly guys at the door who directed us to the bar and subsequently met very friendly bar staff who we chatted to. We had a couple of glasses of nice wine and nibbles in a lovely warm and inviting environment. It was so pleasant that on our final evening in Budapest we went back and tried a few cocktails, again having a superb evening. Although we weren’t staying at the hotel the service we received from everyone we met was exceptional and we felt really welcome. Thanks to all, the staff are a credit to the hotel

FOUR SEASONS Gresham palace in BUDAPEST exceeded our highest expectations. The hotel is in a perfect location, facing the most iconic monuments in town. The architecture is impressive, having the hotel occupied the Gresham Palace, built at the beginning of last century. At the reception, we have been welcomed by Madeleine, friendly and higlhly professional. We have been awarded with a Room upgrade and this has been the start of a perfect week end. At the SPA; same mix of professionality and smailing, cocooning service. At Kollozs Restaurant, lovely french style dinner assisted by Flora, and other staff members, highly apprBbar proposal in the evening, in the mail lobby. Gresham Palace has been the very best part of our week end at Budapest!

This was a week- long trip around a family (only adults) celebration. The hotel is in a very convenient, stunning location, it has been beautifully renovated inside and out, featuring its Art Nouveau history, the rooms are very comfortable, the staff helpful and welcoming. In particular, the Concierge team understood how meaningful it was to us and guided us throughout, making the most wonderful, even life-changing recommendations. While we have stayed in other 5*, this one stands out, I highly recommend it whether for a few days or longer.

I love FS franchise even when the service is hit and miss, but this location is the best I've stayed at thus far! They nailed every single aspect of the guest experience!! The airport pick up was seamless and we got a mini intro tour and great restaurant recommendations. The Concierge, Balazs, made a plan for a special dinner when the establishment was fully booked. We loved the experience! Pal was amazing at check in with such careful attention to detail. The housekeeping service was immaculate every single day. Usually this drops day after day but not here. I was super impressed and even deliberately used certain things to check if they'd notice. They did! Our rooms was serviced minimum twice a day and I'm sure they wait in the hallways for us to leave because the timing was always perfect and never intrusive. 👌🏾 The rooms scent was divine too and I wish one could buy it. I brought my own hairdryer and they so carefully wrapped the cord in a custom cord holder which is such a beautiful touch. It's the small things for me! We had dinner at the in house restaurant and the service and food was exceptional. Nimesh served us and did an exemplary job together with his colleague. The cocktails were beautifully balanced, the food was sensational and I'd come back just for this! I cannot say enough amazing things about this hotel. The four seasons group should send people here for training. Budapest knows what it is to deliver an exceptional guest experience. We are still here but I've seen and experienced enough to know this establishment deserves 6 stars. Thank you for making our stay special, and for spoiling my husband at every opportunity.
