Kimpton BEM Budapest

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to make an exception for Kimpton BEM Budapest. I recently organized and facilitated a global team offsite here, and from start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The team supporting us, from concierge to reservations to on-the-ground coordination, was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, thoughtfully designed, and clearly very well maintained. Rooms are spacious and comfortable (the beds are amazing), and the small details, like in-room speakers, really elevate the stay (also had an amazing steaker and even a yoga mat!). Everything was spotless and quiet, making it easy to recharge after long days. Breakfast deserves a special mention: a generous, high-quality buffet with plenty of options, plus made-to-order items and excellent coffee. We also spent an evening at the rooftop bar, which was a highlight, great atmosphere and a perfect setting for a group. The location is ideal as well - central enough to easily explore both Buda and Pest on foot. Overall, this hotel delivers across the board: service, comfort, design, and value. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend it without hesitation.

This hotel was one of the finest that I've stayed at in Europe. I travel a lot for work, and found this hotel to be in the top 95% of all hotels that I've stayed at over the last 10 yrs. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were spacious and the decor was very nice. Beautiful lobby. Excellent restaurant. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Budapest!!!

We had our 3 days team meeting (35 persons) at BEM Kimpton in April and this was the best hotel we ever stayed as a group. The hotel is stylish with a great meeting room, with private foyer for coffee breaks, excellent AV system in the room. The catering service, breakfast and lunches buffet for our group was very tasty and accommodating a lot of different dietary requirement. The rooms are very tastefully decorated, well isolated to enable a great night sleep. And finally the hotel staff was incredible, friendly, professional and super helpful with any request. We had the best stay ever and it positively influenced our mood, performance and group well being. Thank you all for this truly special stay and we hope to be back soon.

We stayed at the Kimpton for several days to enjoy the beauty and history of Budapest. The hotel was awesome and the food excellent, with large and comfortable rooms and amenities. But the care and attention of the staff was quite remarkable! They really seem to delight in serving their guests. We worked with Barni several times, as we learned how to navigate the culture and community, and he was just delightful. He always greeted us with a broad smile and went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. And he was not alone - other staff members likewise were extremely helpful. Kudos to hotel management in their hiring and training practices.

Our stay at Kimpton BEM Budapest was nothing short of perfection. Every detail, from the vibrant decor to the seamless service, made this one of our most memorable hotel experiences.Our room was stunning! The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Prime Location: Situated on the Buda side, the hotel overlooks Bem József Square and is just a very short walk from the Danube. It offers an incredible view of the Hungarian Parlanent Building and is within walking distance of the Castle District. Attentive Staff: The team is professional, warm, and genuinely welcoming.  Excellent Breakfast: Morning meals at the AGOS restaurant were a highlight. This is a true treasure in Budapest. We cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone seeking a 5-star experience with local character.
