Great hotel - luxury, nice style and design just in city center. Amazing point to start your adventure with Budapest. Staff extremly helpful. Breakfast - some nice position in Buffet but a lot to order from Menu - maybe better - freshness and making just for you guatanteed. Hotel Highly recommended.

As it was our first trip to Budapest, accomodation was the key for future visits. Al Habtoor will definitely be our hotel of choice for next visit in georgeous capital city of Hungary! Kindest service, comfort, food, and kindest service again. All 10/10.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic, but the 5 stars go especially to the amazing women on the staff! The ladies at the reception are incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything. The girls working at breakfast are also wonderful, so friendly, attentive, and genuinely sweet. A special thank you to the lovely girl at the entrance of the breakfast, who welcomes guests and assigns tables. She is truly warm, cheerful, and kind, she made every morning feel more welcoming with her attitude!

We have been staying here 3-4 times a year as a family since a few years. One of our favourite luxury hotels; beautiful, calm, relaxing, luxurious, child friendly and just a great atmosphere. The change of name to Al Habtoor has not impacted service, I believe it has made it better. We still saw a lot of familiar faces from before and met excellent new team members. We look forward to our next visits here.

I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years and this hotel is up there with the best. It was clean & comfortable with amazingly professional & friendly staff The food was lovely & cocktails brilliant. The spa was beautiful & I had a massage which was amazing too.
