We spent two nights in the Four Seasons Buenos Aires as part of a longer Trip to Iguazu and the Antarktik. This hotel is totally overrated and overpriced. Our first room was room No. 611. This was directly adjacent to the service elevator wall to wall which was running the entire night so that we could hardly sleep. On our return from Iguazu we got room 1203. This room had a strong on and of noise which was so strong that the room did vibrate. We do not undrstand how two such rooms could be offered to guests. On our return from Iguazu we made a reservation in the restaurant Elena for two people for 7 p.m. This was confirmed without any comment whatsoever. We arrived at the restaurant right on time, which was abselutely empty and we led to a shared table for 14 people when at least 10 tables for two were empty. When we complained that we wanted a table for two, we were told they were all reserved. This of course was not logical since we were not told what table we would get which was certainly also true for the other guests. The lady in charge was very unfriendly and we did not feel welcome as hotel guests in the hotels own restaurant. We will definitely never stay in this place again.

We have a wonderful stay in the Four Seasons. We had a lovely suite (107) in the mansion building - the room was appointed to the highest of standards. The staff can’t do enough for you and the breakfast is great. The only slight issue we had on two of the days was with drinks not coming at breakfast! The hotel is in a lovely location and has a great spa, gym and outside pool. We will certainly be back on our next trip to BA.

I was at another hotel and not happy. It was also a five star hotel. The difference was immediate. When I arrived, ballet was opening my door getting my bags. The check-in stuff very professional got me to my room right away. I booked through American Express travel include breakfast and credit. I thought the breakfast was amazing. It was a buffet, but lots of choices high-quality food. I ordered room service had pasta. It was amazing! There was a very handsome gentleman in the lobby, pushing the button for the elevator in anticipation of your arrival. The staff was everywhere and fabulous. Elena and the spa gave me a great facial and shoulder and neck massage. The room was spectacular junior suite with luxury linens, and a very comfortable bed.I loved my stay here thanks so much worth every penny in my opinion.

We loved our stay at the Four Seasons Buenos Aires - beautiful property with upscale accommodations and a professional and refined staff. Though all staff that we met were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, several staff members were exemplary. Please extend our utmost praise to Patricio in the main hotel and Estefania and Joaquin at the Pony Line.

We stayed 6 days in a Mansion Room and we were upgraded to an e lounge Room with an early check in - which we really appreciated after a long flight. Our room did not include breakfast and breakfast is quite expensive. We therefore really appreciated the light breakfast in the e lounge and also the high quality afternoon snacks with bubbles. We booked the Four Seasons because the hotel has a nice pool area and the pool is heated which you do not find in many other hotels in Buenos Aires. The staff by the pool is very attentive and helpful. If we were only 3 days in Buenos Aires we would consider staying in Palermo Soho. We had dinner once at the Elena Restaurant and this was waste of money. The meet was not tender and the sommerlier was arrogant. We expected more and understand the mixed reviews they receive. Maybe we were unlucky here.
