NH Collection Buenos Aires Jousten

NH Jousten is a wonderfully situated hotel next to Puerto Madero, the Buquebus ferry and right on top of a Subway stop. In other words everything is at your doorstep. The hotel itself has great and helpful staff, nicely appointed rooms and a great cafe. I very much enjoyed my stay at NH Jousten and endorse it for other travelers to Buenos Aires.

I felt my self like at home. Staff was always very kind. Breakfast was very good and variegated (fresh fruits, eggs, yogurt).

Excellent personnel: efficiency and kindness. Tidy and classy bedrooms. Great location and food (best breakfast, thanks for the mate drink!!). Walking distance from the main spots in the city, yet its bar is a place you can count on for a top-notch delicious meal.

Great location and great value for the money in BA. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was amazing and very fresh. Nice clean rooms, we would definitely stay again.

Four visits in 2024, and there won't be anymore. There is NO air conditioning, even though they still advertise this on their NH booking app. They pretended to fix it by sending a technician, but he clearly told me that was just for show. There never was any except over the reception desk. On my last visit, I was getting eaten alive by bed bugs. A person at the reception came, saw, and offered no apology. I asked to speak with a manager, I was denied as if it had never happened. Complete denial.
