Terrible service, no assistance with luggage, no staff at réception, poor room and the room was not equipped. When asked reception for assistance receptionist refused.

Great location near Puerto Madero but still in the city. Wonderful staff that make the experience special for a smaller hotel. Great value overall.

NH BA Jousten has a great buffet breakfast in the cafe on ground floor. Dinner was OK - lots of better options nearby. Emmanuel at front desk was extremely helpful, funny, accessible. Waiter at breakfast insisted that we sit where it was convenient for him. 2 pods in room for coffee. Did not replace. Single robe for two people. Windows were minimal in older building. If you stay, dont miss Trade Sky Bar on the rooftop in the building next door - make reservation!

Don’t like the breakfast buffet at all. also didn’t get complimentary bottle water daily during most of our stay, no facial tissue in the room or bathroom. Had dinner one night, ordered steak and pasta and they were not good, steak has no taste and over cook, pasta with pesto sauce was horrible. We like the location of the hotel however, staffs were friendly and helpful.

Stayed at NH Collection Buenos Aires Jousten in November 2025, and it quickly became my “go-to” place in the city. The building has that classic Buenos Aires charm on the outside, but inside, everything feels modern, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent if you want to be close to Microcentro and Puerto Madero, with easy access to the main sights, restaurants, and transportation. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out, and a big part of that is thanks to the hotel manager, Matías Villegas. He is not the kind of manager who stays hidden in an office. He was visible, approachable, and genuinely interested in how my stay was going. On more than one occasion, he checked in personally to make sure everything was in order, offered recommendations, and made me feel more like a valued guest than just another reservation. The room was exactly what a frequent traveler appreciates: a very comfortable bed, excellent blackout curtains, good soundproofing, fast Wi‑Fi, and enough space to both rest and work. Details like a well-designed desk area, good lighting, and a spotless bathroom made a real difference after long days in the city. Housekeeping was consistent and discreet, with everything perfectly clean and ready each day. Breakfast was another highlight, with a good variety of fresh options and attentive staff who were neither intrusive nor pushy. The team in the restaurant and at the front desk reflected the same attitude as their manager: professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. It is clear that there is strong leadership behind the scenes, and it creates a very positive atmosphere for guests. NH Collection Buenos Aires Jousten offers exactly what many travelers look for today: a stylish and comfortable hotel in a strategic location, backed by a team that genuinely cares. Special thanks to Manager Matías Villegas for setting such a high standard of hospitality. This will definitely be my first choice on future trips to Buenos Aires.
