Excellent service, atmosphere, food, and wine. A wonderful experience. I will certainly return when next in Buenos Aires.

The Park Hyatt -- Palacio Duhau in Buenos Aires is a glorious but complex property. It consists of a classic mansion (the Palacio Duhau side) separated from a modern high-rise (the Park Hyatt side) by a beautiful garden featuring grass terraces that cascade between them. The buildings face different streets -- Alvear for the Palacio and Posadas for the Park Hyatt. Our stay in the Park Hyatt was on the Posadas side. The staff were absolutely wonderful -- especially those on the concierge desk who did much to enhance our stay in the city. And when we entered the complex on the Alvear side one evening, a charming staff member lead us through the labyrinth of elevators to reach the Posadas side of the property. In fact this is the only drawback I see to the hotel -- there are many levels to negotiate up and down. Our room was well appointed and laid out. The breakfast was superb. We had a wonderful stay. We'd go back there in a flash.

The hotel has a beautiful setting, with a green garden area between the original Palacio building and the the more modern tower. We had a room in the Palacio building which we loved, it felt more intimate and classical than the tower building. All of the facilities were top notch and the overall design is beautiful. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is charming and felt very safe - lots of nice cafes and stores within a few blocks.

Beautiful hotel, in the nicest possible location - but 4 star service and food. Large very confortable rooms and a great gym and spa

I stayed two nights in the modern building. One of the better hotels in Latin America. Above all, it has a beautiful setting: a quiet oasis in the city center, with lovely gardens and an impressive main building. I recommend dining in the Gloria restaurant, on the outdoor Terrace, with a view of the gardens and palace. As others have noted, excellent service.
