The best week of the year.
Everything about Hacienda is amazing. No detail is left out, and the staff is truly professional. The pool host Mauricio makes the pool the best place to hang out and enjoy the amazing view. Gym is awesome, and the food is the best! 5th trip for our family and will be back soon.

Perfection at the Hacienda Beach Club & Residences
It was one of the best trips we ever had! Our place at the Hacienda was perfection from the owner to the accommodations. Beautifully decorated and excellent views. The Staff at the Hacienda were so professional and caring. We loved Salvador, Tito, Hugo, Erick and Juan. They went above and beyond with service!

Perfect getaway
Wonderful resort! Was visiting for a quick 2 night trip for anniversary. Laura at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating during our stay with activities and transportation. We ate at the restaurant 3 times. Pedro took care of us every time and made our experience top notch. Look forward to visiting again in the future.

Diego, Gerardo and all of the pool staff were lovely. Very attentive and welcoming. We came on a quiet weekend and it was a perfect quick trip.

Diego and Sergio were our best friends!!! Their service was phenomenal and our stay was elevated because of their service and dedication. Because of them, our stay was memorable and we can’t wait to see them December!!!
