Anniversary at Hacienda
We had a fabulous time celebrating our anniversary at Hacienda Beach Club. The views are spectacular. Every meal was absolutely delicious. The service was above and beyond any experience we’ve had elsewhere. We can’t wait to go again!

Much improved Service!
We have been staying at the Hacienda Beach resort for the past 10 years off and on. I must say that of all the times we have come, this was the best trip, as far as the service, at the resort. There is a noticeably improved.level of service! Eduardo is now the manager of the pool and beach areas and he is extremely hospitable and helpful. You can definitely tell that they are all trying so very hard to make your experience wonderful. The restaurant service, the concierge, the front desk and especially the Bell desk are all absolutely on top of their game. We will continue to spend time in Cabo at the Hacienda beach resort because they are definitely stepping up their game!

My stay in downtown Cabo San Lucas
I have been coming to Cabo San Lucas for over 25 years. I have been lucky enough to have experienced most of the five star resorts and Hotels all the way down the corridor as it has grown and expanded with new properties. I had a property on the Esperanza resort. I have always wanted to experience a stay closer to downtown Cabo San Lucas. I have always known about the Hacienda, but did not know about their facelift to this new Hacienda Beach club and residences. I booked this reservation through one of the owners. In my opinion, this beach club is 5+ stars. Truly top notch because of the staff. I have never encountered this high degree of attention to detail and of personal help and care for anything I needed help with or information about or excursions I could go wish to experience. All of which could not be accomplished without the exceptional care of the staff starting with Salvatore, Tito, Hugo, DAVID, Santiago, JUAN, and chef Max . We had a private dinner by Chef Max that beats the San Francisco restaurants. I enjoy dining in truly one of a kind experience. I will not forget. The Concierge staff we’re fantastic. Emilio, LAUREN ,Any question any desire or name of a restaurant or excursion was quickly and promptly accomplished verified and I was set to go.!!! I can’t wait for my return this stay was certainly not long enough Thank you all so much for making my stay a memory I won’t forget sincerely, Patrice Schechter
