Wonderful resort with excellent staff. Jorge Gálvez made sure we had seats, umbrellas and sand toys set up for the family before we arrived each morning. Can’t recommend more. Food delivered to the beach of excellent quality by Sergio. Will return.

This is our third time to Hacienda Beach Club. The staff at this beautiful resort are amazing but Manny is the most attentive and friendly person that we enjoy seeing every time we head down to your breathtaking pools. He will arrange your chairs, towels, umbrellas for you any way you’d like and all with a big smile and friendly conversation. Love him!

My family and I have been staying at the Hacineda for years; it’s the only place in Cabo that we want to be at. Everything is incredible; the food, the service, the atmosphere and hospitality are top notch. Juan always greets us with the biggest smile when we pull up from the airport and remembers us all by name. Seeing Manny at the pool is like reuniting with out of town family - he takes the best care of us! We hope to stay at the Hacienda for years and years to come!

Manny is the best at the pool. He is always so friendly and helps us with anything we need. If I owned a resort I would have him work for me. He is very knowledgeable about the area and goes above and beyond to help guests in any way he can. He is always there for us.
