The Residences at Hacienda Encantada

We visited Cabo and stayed at The Residences at Hacienda Encantada, this past October. It was our first visit to Mexico and we were MORE than impressed with this venue as well as with the service! From the minute we arrived, we were greeted with fabulous margarita's and a seated neck massage! EVERYONE was extremely helpful, always happy, and more than willing to answer any questions or make your entire visit exceptional. Guillermo was our butler for the week and went above and beyond as well from day one! He even orchestrated an emergency room visit when one of our friends fell ill. He made sure every provision was available and also was always friendly, exceptional and happy. Thank you for a wonderful memorable visit, we can't wait to come back "home".

Our annual Girls Trip to Mexico is something the 4 of of us look forward to all year long. Pulling up to the beautiful Main Lobby, you cannot help but smile... a beautiful view, fabulous mango margaritas, a cool breeze, and then out of nowhere our personal butler, Daniel, appears! Always smiling, he greets us with a warm, welcoming hug, and immediately begins accommodating us as if he has nothing else on his schedule that day. Personal attention, every detail managed quietly, efficiently, and impeccably. He makes every day of every stay effortless. Reservations, transportation, activity ideas, anything you can ask for, and more, is thoughtfully managed with true kindness.

Residencia units are nice, 2BR, 3 bath. Very clean with good kitchen, functionally outfitted with pots, pans, cooking utensils. Knives fairly dull. Staff was exceptional. Immediately responsive to all requests, always helpful and courteous. Guillermo stays engaged, always making himself available to ensure needs are met. Rooms were kept spotless as well.

My family and I stayed at a three bedroom two-story villa for a week. We were there in Villa 2516 the week of October 25. We also did the gourmet all inclusive plan for the week. I was pleasantly surprised with the cuisines at the different restaurants. Every meal was delicious. The Villa was also quite beautiful and spacious. The first accolade goes to our magnificent Butler, Daniel Morales. He was very attentive and responsive. All of our requests were honored and fulfilled. He was a pleasure to work with. We also had great experience with the wait staff in general. In particular, Kevin at the Vista Encantada pool was superb and very attentive. The sky gym was absolutely beautiful. Cesar was also quite wonderful and led amazing stretching classes.

Beautiful 3 bedroom private villa with full amenities including pool/hot tub, outdoor kitchen and fire pit. A private Butler is on call 24-7 to handle all our needs. In our case, our Butler was Guillermo, who did a tremendous job for us. Extremely knowledgeable on the “goings on” in Cabo. In addition to the Villa, we had full access to all the restaurants and pools throughout the Encantada resort. A fabulous place!
