We had a great time at the Hacienda Encantada , the service was great , very relaxing stay, our Butler “ Guillermo Justo” was amazing, shout out to Marci as well! They have a very good team!

We have just returned from a stay at the Residences and it was nothing short of fabulous! A huge thankyou to Estefania Aviles who made this upgrade possible for us and it totally transformed our holiday! 🤩 From the moment we arrived , the staff were amazing . They were all so attentive , caring, smiley and happy and everyone we crossed paths with spoke English which was a bonus for us given our lack of Spanish! The actual 3 bedroom villa was just beautiful in every way, so thoughtfully laid out and a perfect retreat for a large family of 6. We ate in the restaurants for every meal and Luis the Manager in the restaurant by the rooftop pool, was incredible preparing his chefs to create vegan meals for me and make mealtimes something we all really looked forward to. We really can’t say anything negative about our whole stay ! Daniel ‘our butler’ was so much fun, we really had such a giggle with him every day. He was a lovely person , always smiling and raring to go with ‘my team’ of men! We would be have changed anything at all about the week, the staff , the pools , the villa and the food ….absolutely wonderful 🩷🤩🩷🤩🩷

Hello hacienda encantada we are always treated like family buy the staff here. Anything we need they are so easy to ask and offer help to help make are stay a wonderful experience. This is the reason we always come back to this wonderful place and our second family. Thanks so must to Guillermo and Trinidad are super hosts and friends. We will be back soon.❤️❤️💯.

Fun in the sun
Another great trip to the Hacienda! Shout out to my butler, Guillermo, who took care of us and accommodated all our needs! We were there during slow season and some construction and updates going on around the properties but wasn’t affected much. Looking forward to seeing all the updates on my next visit there.
