Exceptional Service & Quality - A Delightful time!!
We had the best stay last week at this resort - the staff was so friendly very attentive and knowledgeable!! Guillermo, Trinidad, Marco & Aiden were a delight to be around!! They were all so helpful and every time we saw them each one of them had a smile on their face and gave us individual time and made us feel at home here. Our stay at Hacienda Encantada The Residences was absolutely exceptional and truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the property impressed us with its breathtaking ocean views, beautifully maintained grounds, and a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere that made it feel like a true escape. What made our experience especially outstanding was the incredible service we received—most notably from Guillermo, our butler, who went above and beyond in every possible way. Guillermo was attentive, professional, warm, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay perfect. Whether it was handling reservations, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask, or simply checking in to ensure everything was just right, his attention to detail and kindness made us feel completely taken care of. The residence itself was spacious, elegant, and impeccably clean, with all the comforts of home paired with resort-level luxury. Every moment felt relaxing and seamless, allowing us to fully enjoy the beauty and serenity of the resort. We cannot recommend Hacienda Encantada The Residences highly enough. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing stay with exceptional service, this is the place—and if you have the opportunity, ask for Guillermo. He truly made our stay extraordinary.

Guellermo our butler was great as always. Very attentive when needed but also willing to let us relax and enjoy the peace and quiet if we wanted. Another very enjoyable 2 weeks at the Residences at Hacienda Encantada!

Hacienda Encantada Villas
We love the comfortable, clean and tasteful units. The views from the villa units is spectacular, as is the pool, hot tub, fire pits, pickleball court and all of the various activities offered making the experience so nice. We always feel safe on the beautiful grounds and love having Guillermo as our butler who is fantastic! The only suggestion I would make is to add under cabinet lighting in the kitchen as it is quite dark in that area.

Our “personal butler”, Daniel once again provided excellent service for the 4 of us. He is consistently ready to help us with any question or request and it is always with a smile and such professional courtesy. ❤️
