Another wonderful vacation!
We stayed at the residences at Hacienda Encantada in a 3 Bedroom Villa. This was our 12th year enjoying our family vacation. Guillermo is always extremely attentive, professional and always there when we need him! He is has taken such great care of us and our family members and we look forward to seeing him each year! From restaurant reservations to booking sunset sails or transportation, etc., Guillermo gets the job done with a smile on his face. Our vacation is always better because of his ability to handle so many details and do it perfectly!

Great Resort
Beautiful property and gracious staff. Our personal concierge, Clemente, took care of all of our dinner reservations and other requests promptly, making it an even better experience. Excellent food but quite expensive so do consider the all-inclusive plans which are cheaper when booked in advance. The photos is from dinner at Risco's which is a fantastic patio setting.

Swimming with whale sharks
This adventure was the most exciting we have ever experienced. Joe was a guide of great knowledge of the whale shark. We trusted him to be sure that we were all comfortable in the water and he did so magnificently. I would recommend him highly. -Paulette Limbaugh

Mexican hospitality at its finest at Hacienda Encantada
Our experience was wonderful. The resort is beautiful, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Our accommodations were lovely and well-appointed. The resort is large but easy to navigate, with many options ranging from the beach to rooftop pools. Restaurant options are varied, with great-quality food and excellent service. Menus include local and regional selections as well as other options. We found all the staff to be exceedingly friendly at every turn, and we never encountered an unfriendly face. Housekeeping services were exceptional. Special callouts to our incredible butler, Guillermo, who is a true professional and always makes everything special. Martin at the Vista pool was our best friend all week long. Beto, Gustavo, and the team in the bar were incredible in the evenings. Servers at El Eden, especially Gustavo, rocked. Breakfast with Kevin and Eleazar was made extra special by their great service and that of others, especially the lady who makes the omelettes. The lobby team, including Adan, Marco, Trinidad, and Humberto bring everything together on a daily basis. There were no complaints from anyone in our group!

Great place for our anniversary trip!
We enjoyed our time. Clemente, Carina, Moses and Rafa were standouts in providing exceptional service! We had 3 grandchildren under age 5, and our 4 children along with us to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. We stayed at the residences. It was beautiful, we enjoyed the facilities and restaurants, The food was great.
