Spectacular time at the Hacienda Encantada
We recently returned from a great week at the Residence at Hacienda Encantada. This is such a lovely place from the landscaping, cleanliness, food and the spectacular wait staff. Our butler, Clemente, always makes sure our check in and out are seamless, He also checks in with us daily to see if we need anything and is always a pleasure to talk with. This is the best resort in Cabo in my opinion. We enjoy everything about it and after visiting for 12 years, we can’t wait to return!!! Ron and Linda Moon

A wonderful stay for our 45th Anniversary
We LOVE staying at our property at Hacienda Encantada. We have been blessed to be served by the same butler, Clemente, for over 5 years. As always this years his care for us was exceptional! He helps us schedule all our dinner reservations, get our all inclusive package etc. Cemente is extreme;y responsive to all ur a request. He makes our stay pleasant and peaceful!

Our family of 4 adults had the most relaxed experience with wonderful attention and service given to us by our Butler Clamento! He would text me every morning to ask how he could make our stay more enjoyable…make dinner reservations and facilitate a sunset cruise for us! He also arranged our transportation to the airport for us! Can not wait to return!

Great time at the Residences with our butler Daniel!
We had a great experience at the Residences. Our butler Daniel went above and beyond at every step of the vacation and made it awesome. He even went as far as to have a piñata delivered for our son’s birthday! We would recommend the residences to everyone. It was a great experience and we will be coming back next year!
