The Residences at Hacienda Encantada have young men, called Butlers, to help your stay be one of the best vacations ever. One of them named Daniel Morales has helped us for many years to make this true. He has always booked our golf reservations, excursions, as well as restaurants. And of course, arranged all our taxis to our destinations, including the end to the airport. While at Hacienda, I always look for Daniel as I know he will make my vacation easier and special, as he is!

We had the best week at our second home, Hacienda Encantada. The villa was beautiful, pool amazing and our butler Monse was the best (as she always is). We ate at two restaurants and both were excellent. We also enjoyed water volleyball, making bracelets and trivia at the pool. Cannot wait to come back!

Very attentive service. Great food. The 42 ounce tomahawk steak was fabulous. Guadalupe, who keeps our house organized, is fabulous. The private pool and Butler service was fantastic. When you come here, ask for Montserrat. She’s quite a good Pickleball player

We always look forward to our time at The Residences … and are never disappointed. We feel totally relaxed and completely at home. Our 3 Bedroom Residence has a complete kitchen and the backyard includes a private pool, hot tub, BBQ and fire pit. Depending on how long our visit is we either shop at Fresko or Costco on our way in from the airport and enjoy cooking most of our meals at home. When we want to go in to town we love the convenience of the shuttle to Marina Fiesta - a great location with plenty of dining options within walking distance. The staff is fantastic … daily housekeeping by Pilar is quite a luxury; Trinidad and Marco with the bell staff make sure our stuff (and ourselves) get where we need, when we need; and our butler Guillermo handles all of the coordination expertly! Can’t wait to be back again soon!

Gorgeous resort!! We had the three bedroom villa which was lovely. All inclusive was fairly good; steaks were hit or miss. Our butler, Monserrat, was helpful in getting an item back to me that I accidentally left. We appreciate her efforts.
