They make you feel like family. This place is Nirvana.
We have been members since 2010 and have never had a bad experience. The staff are kind, polite and a pleasure to interact with. Special shout out to my man, Emmanuel, who is the best server on the planet, making our days at the pool fabulous! Also, to the housekeeping, who kept our place clean and tidy, with little special touches each day. If you want to experience Cabo San Lucas, this is the place to do it.

Javier at the pool is the BEST!
Javier at the pool was AMAZING! He was always friendly and such a joy to be around. His service was fast and always knew what we wanted. If you have the chance to be in his section… do it! You won’t regret it. We adored him and can’t wait to come back.

We Vote For ANDRES On Exceptional Poolside Service!
Sit in Andres section of the pool if you want absolute phenomenal service! He was amazing and when we came back another day he brought us our beverages before we even ordered. He's on top of things and has a wonderful sense of humor. Made our experience very memorable.

Neptune, for beautiful food and views!
One of our favorite resorts in Cabo! We have stayed here 3 years in a row..the staff is friendly ad helpful, always! Rooms have beautiful views..all of them! The restaurant choices on property are alll delish.. our favorite is neptune..Carmella, jimmy, Cristo made our nights so fun and served up delightful and beautiful meals!! Yes, beautiful meals..hats off to the chef!!

Wonderful Experience!
Service personnel were most accommodating and provided excellent service. My wife and I would like to highlight two of the workers…Andres who gave us service at the pool an Alejandro, a waiter at Tomisillos Restaurant. Also, there were many other employees who were equally gracious and personable.
