Fantastic stay at Shangri-La The Marina
I stayed in the Horizon Club and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The room was spectacular, very spacious, and had an amazing view of the marina. The bathroom was also huge, with both a shower and bathtub, which made it feel even more luxurious. The Horizon Club access really elevates the stay. It was great to have a private space for breakfast, and the daily canapés and cocktails from 17:00 to 19:00 were a fantastic touch with an excellent selection. Having cold drinks, coffee, and tea available throughout the day in the lounge was also very convenient. The location is perfect, and the sunrises from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking. Overall, excellent value for the price and a truly enjoyable stay.

Talk about false advertising… Far from the Shangri-La of Hong Kong or London. Run down, chipping paint, everything is ugly. Broken doors, numbers falling off of doors, this place is awful. They get one point because the staff are trying their best.

Wonderful place
After leaving Melbourne, where no one really cared, it was wonderful to have so many friendly people take care of you. My absolute favorite was Vivian at the breakfast buffet. Vivian was always smiling and always helpful. We had a wonderful stay at the Shangri-La

Marina Views
We booked 2 deluxe double rooms with mountain view, the check in was easy, staff were friendly and helpful. The walk to the room was super far, hallway narrow and dated, the room was recently renovated clean, quiet and comfortable. The air con was nice and cool. The chairs on the balcony were comfortable to sit and read. The Nespresso coffee machine hit the spot. The pool area was ok, too many screaming kids when we were there, they have a pool bar near the pool which was good. Restaurants and bars close by.

Best view and tranquil out look over the harbour
My wife and I and I go to this resort at least 2x per year. Their service is the best anywhere. While the accommodation is not new it is so worth the deals they offer. When you get a view of the harbour it’s so tranquil. So nice to wake close to the hr our able to watch the tours startup and leave in their respective boats. We have decided to make this our second home. The management at this resort absolutely make sure your stay is everything you desire.
