Bien ubicado. Nada más para ofrecer,
La ubicación es excelente. Es lo único que puedo resaltar de este hotel. De resto no es una opción recomendable para un viaje corto de trabajo porque ni siquiera pude conectarme al WIFI. Tampoco había agua caliente y el Room Service que supuestamente era 24 horas nunca me respondió el teléfono.

Excelente elección de hotel
Muy buen servicio, habitaciones muy confortables y limpias. Agua potable, plancha, secador, minibar, cafe. Comodidad. Excelente restauranta, desayuno variado con ingredientes de calidad. Ubicado en el mejor centro comercial de Cali. Tiene todo lo que necesitas. Podria mejorar la zona de piscina, ser mas confortable para animarse a usarla.

Amazing experience. A 5star rating is low to describe our experience. From Check in with Nicolas to check out it was perfect. Best breakfast, room extra clean, fast service to your needs. The convenient location is fantastic. We will be back to Spiwak

Don’t do room with view
Was offered a room with view for extra $36.00 a night and it was a view of a parking lot. Could have done without it.
