I have visited this Hotel over 3 years, service has deteriorated. I had to leave my last stay a couple of days earlier and they made me pay the full stay and they even wanted to charge me an extra penalty.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The property is great and and staff and service are even better! Great location as well

A hotel whose location is today is the only added value. It requires that those who operate/manage it put care and action on small but very important issues: 1. room renovation - furnishings that are begging for attention and changes, 2. Reduced or almost non-existent in-room amenities, 3. Displication in the service, e.g., we tried to use the pool for which they have an opening time, and the person responsible arrived 1:15 hours later. Ahh ... and there is much room for improvement in customer service.

Don’t ever get scammed by this hotel like I did. It says you can change your booking at any time. We tried to change our stay from 5 to 3 nights and they said we had to dispute the charge with our credit card. My CitiAA refused to give me the money back. The hotel promised to pay back the $300 some dollars at the end of the stay- they said they put it back on my credit card. It never went back on my credit card. After I got home, they said to send them a bank check and charge me a fee as well to get the money back. Don’t get scammed like I did.

This Hotel is not the standard 5 stars. Broken chairs, nasty windows and glasses in restaurant and elevator. Gym equipment old and does not working. Breakfast was cold, restaurant was no good. The only good things is the shopping center access. Promise VIP access but there is non, very hard to meet expectation for people that used to travel. Next time I will choose an American brand
