Reviews for Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley

Napa Luxury with top notch service

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

The resort is in a great location near wonderful vineyards to visit. The resort is modern with rooms nestled in the vineyard. The service and staff were friendly, helpful, and always attentive. Definitely have dinner at Auro - its 7 course tasting menu is full of exciting dishes and flavors beautifully presented.

Four Seasons in Calistoga, Napa

The hotel is very nice. It is not typical of a Four Seasons Resort. The rooms are more spartan but spacious. Unfortunately, it rained during our entire stay and it was quite cold. The bathroom is large and spacious, but there is no heat in it at all. I guess in the summer it is pleasant, but we were freezing in March. There is something wrong with the sinks. There were stains in them. Our friends room had the same thing. It was as if someone had colored their hair and it didn't wash out. It may be the cement that was used as the sink that could have become stained. The service was good.

Highly disappointed!

Proactive measures to address the trickling water issue and mitigate its impact on our stay, coupled with effective communication to manage our expectations and schedule, would have significantly enhanced our overall experience at the Four Seasons.

A birthday to remember!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

We enjoyed our stay very much. The team was very welcoming since our arrival and throughout our stay. Our dinner at Auro was terrific. Adam took great care of us, along with Roman and Miguel Ramirez. We had the privilege to meet Chef Rogelio Garcia, who could not have been more gracious. I can not thank enough all the staff of the Four Seasons Napa who made my partner's birthday a truly memorable one!

Great experience!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

I was concerned to stay here after reading a few negative reviews. We spent 3 nights here and it was really nice. The staff was amazing, helpful, and always went above and beyond. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with views of the vineyard. Bartenders Marco and Carlos were fantastic. Breakfast was consistently good each day and their pizza at lunch was excellent. Did not use the spa but our friends did and were impressed. Rooms are large and beautiful. Right across from Solage and you can walk across the street to hit up Pico Bar for great selection of tequila and mezcal. Also ate dinner there at Solbar. Highly recommend four seasons for a relaxing un-hotel like luxury experience.
