It was awful. View of pool restaurant. Was woken early every morning by the employees talking yelling and playing loud music. Front desk would not change my room. I was there for 3 night. Very expensive get away

Fantastic property with unmatched service & attention to details. The Spa & pools were an oasis. Highly recommend the couples mud bath.

Nice hotel, but BEWARE, the main pool is DISGUSTING. Full of hair and kids peeing in the water. If you go to the adult pool, there is LIMITED seating. Also, the studios are super dated, the landscaping around them is tired and doesn't match the rest of the resort. Also, SolBar. do not get me started. it was a huge disappointment,

We’ve stayed at the Solage a number of times! We are always in search of quiet resorts and appreciate Solage’s smaller size. “Smaller size” does not equate to a lack of amenities or services especially since they opened the new Picobar by the pool. We stay in the cottages with the private hot tub. On this trip we stayed 3 nights, ate breakfast every day at Solbar, had lunch at Picobar and dinner at Solbar. We went off property to Farmstead and Brasswood for dinner. We’ve eaten dinner at Farmstead a number of times. The ambience is great, depending on what you order the food can be fair. I had the ham sandwich appetizer and the duck breast this time. Sandwiches were good, the duck unremarkable. Brasswood on the other hand was outstanding! We ate breakfast on all 3 days at Solbar and Chris S was our server. He was a great representative of Solbar/ Solage. Friendly, attentive (but not overly) and helpful. At dinner Michael was our server, very nice and made great recommendations. Breakfast and dinner were great! Another compliment. Louis, the restaurant mgr was really nice! He knew what my favorite beverage was and made sure to have it on hand (thank you)! We saw him at breakfast and dinner. As you can tell, the restaurant staff were a hit and contributed to our enjoyable visit! We rented a cabana and sat by the pool. Very relaxing and great service. I used the fitness center. It’s large, spacious and well equipped. Danielle, concierge helped arrange the cabana rental, dinner at Brasswood and a wine tasting and picnic lunch at Faust Wines. Faust Wines was Danielle’s recommendation and it was fabulous! We don’t usually join wine clubs but joined Faust’s! I read a review that complained about the landscaping. It’s appropriate for a resort in the wine country. Mediterranean type plants, salvias, rock rose, grasses, oak trees etc. Given California’s battle with droughts the landscape is appropriate!

We stayed at Solage for a few days and were very satisfied by the facilities, the room, the food and the staff. Would absolutely return and highly recommend to anyone traveling to Napa/Calistoga!
