Good hotel, needs a bit of renovation
Time to refresh the hotel a bit. Lighting could be brighter in halls. Bathroom needs a bit of paint. Install grab bars in showers for safety

Bad experience
Really bad experience! My flight was cancelled by the airline on short notice, which prevented me from canceling within 48 hours. I called Expedia and the hotel directly to figure out what options I had. Expedia said they could try to get a refund or change my reservation, but the hotel needed to approve it. They contacted the hotel, but the hotel did not allow us to apply for a refund or make changes. If the flight had not been cancelled, I wouldn’t need to make any changes to my travel plan. Please be understanding! Also, I asked if we could keep our reservation but arrive one day late. They did not allow this either. The person who answered my call said that if we are not there on the reservation date, the reservation will be cancelled, even though we have already paid online.

Reliable - even in the rain. But outrageous pricing policy. Harvard should intervene to insure everyone can afford this experience, at least once.

Excellent stay, value, service, location, Henrietta’s cuisine, view from upper floors, and the windows open!!! Much healthier than fixed windows.

Great place to stay for boston calling
The location ti the festival was fabulous. 10 minute walk... the rooms were great and the food at the restaurant was awesome...
