Charles Hotel

They charged a bottle of water without informing the price. The smeling of the room was not good at my arrival. The rest of the service is good.

I really like the hotel overall, and its location is perfect for walking to my office. However, I’ve experienced several issues during my multiple stays that have left me with the impression that the hotel doesn’t quite deliver the value expected for its price.

What a charming little gem of a hotel in Cambridge. We felt luxurious, extremely welcome and so well pampered. The hotel is so conveniently located and within walking distance to Harvard.

Our stay at The Charles Hotel met and exceeded our high expectations. The staff, from the man who welcomed us, and helped us with our baggage, to the concierge, and even the room service server, were all professional and accommodating. The premises provided attractive and comfortable nooks to relax, and spots to gather in small groups. Our room was welcoming and tastefully appointed. The large bathroom was well-designed and equipped. Our bed was very comfortable, and the bedding was both crisp and inviting. Lastly, the food was excellent. We arrived late and exhausted and hungry. We ordered Room Service. The cod and Shepard's Pie, were both exquisitly done. We will absolutely be back!

Stayed with friends at The Charles Hotel for a night. The location is great and right near the T for easy access to the rest of the city. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable!
